Refund Policy

At PetNeeds, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In the original packaging

To initiate a return, please contact us at misatalksbusiness@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card provider first, as processing times may vary. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at misatalksbusiness@gmail.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items that have been used or are not in original condition
