  Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you via email if there is any significant delay.

Express: 2-4 Business Days

Priority: 1-2 Business Days

  Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Costs

  Shipping rates are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination at the time of checkout.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website or your Dog Needs account (if registered).

International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries outside the United States. International orders:

  Are subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

  May take 7–21 business days or longer depending on the destination and customs processing.

  Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by customs or international carriers.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your address after ordering, contact us as soon as possible.

Backorders and Out-of-Stock Items

If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and provide an estimated restock date. You may choose to wait or cancel the item from your order.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging.

  For lost packages, we will work with the carrier to investigate. Claims must typically be filed within 7–10 days of the expected delivery date.
